Yoga Resistance Band
Ideal for beginner, intermediate, and advanced users alike, the Strauss band comes in Three different weight resistances designed to accommodate personal fitness levels and workout routines. Choose from a weight resistance (and Color) of Light Level Exercises (Blue), Medium Level Exercises (Green), High Level Exercises (Purple).
When you add resistance bands to your fitness routine, your muscles will grow stronger faster. This will help you burn more fat (as it takes more energy to keep muscle mass than it does fat stores) and give you a longer, leaner appearance.
Resistance bands also help you control your movements as you’re working against a force, making you stop when you’ve reached maximum resistance. Yoga exercises at home or gym and it can effectively improve muscle strength, physical mobility and flexibility.
Resistance bands come in multiple resistance levels, usually light, medium or heavy. You can further adjust the amount of resistance during exercise just by giving more or less slack on the band, as well as by combining multiple resistance bands to increase the challenge.
While resistance bands work great on their own, they can also be combined with other exercise equipment. Performing bicep curls with both a resistance band and dumbbell will give you the combined benefits of each type of equipment.
Resistance band exercises are often based on familiar strength-training moves. For example, if you stand on one end of the cord and curl your arm up while holding the other end, you've replaced your standard dumbbell bicep curl. Great for assisted pull-ups, body weight. You’ll find it easier to keep proper form and notice greater fitness gains from doing so.
